Prescriptions

We recommend that you use the NHS App to request you medications, this will send your request directly to your doctor to approve.

If you are unable to request your medications through the NHS app you can request them through the Contact Us screen on our website, through your pharmacist or by bringing/posting your request to the practice.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to book a medication review at least once a year. You will notified by text when your review is due. This is to ensure that we can provide your medications safely.

Please allow 3 working days for a prescription request.

Please note that:

You will not be able to request something that you have not previously been prescribed. For all new requests you will need to make an appointment with a doctor.

We are unable to process any requests made verbally, we kindly ask that they be put in writing.
